commenced in Brisbane in August 2011, offering a personal on site reporting service for the New Home Residential Building Industry.

Site Chek offers Trade Contractors, Builders, Tradespeople, Building Product Manufacturers, Building Certifiers, Lending Authorities and any other Company that requires a physical on-site visit, an endless range of services including but not limited to:

• Site activity reports for Builders and third party stakeholders
• Delivery of paperwork/documentation direct to site
• Site condition report for delivery scheduling
• Site report for general “housekeeping” including Safety Management
• “Chek” job readiness for relevant trade scheduling
• During installation “Chek” to assist in Safety Management and SWMS compliance
• Post installation “Chek” for completion and site left “in order”
• Take on site photos to assist in possible disputes or issues
• Site audits of material and or personnel

Booking of jobs with Site Chek and reports back to the Customer will be via the communication channel of the Customer’s choice i.e. Email, SMS (text) or Phone call.
